Ive tried typing an X to flip the number from the top, but I dont want to click on each number and flip it. So, Ctrl+A to select all, then Ctrl+R, and also consider the other reset commands under the Format menu. Realistically, best to just reset as much as possible. Immediately after importing a MusicXML file, it's usually best to reset all stem directions to "auto", because otherwise they are hardcoded as per the MusicXML file.
